On the Revel – Cannabis Real Estate

At RIPCO, Colby Piper leads the firm’s c@nnabis division and has become a c@nnabis real estate specialist in five states, representing both tenants and landlords. Colby is a 2023 cultivation applicant and is currently accepted into the Ganjier Cannabis Sommelier program, graduating in 2022. Ganjier is the highest certification in the Cannabis field, similar to that of a Wine Sommelier.

Colby and his team has successfully assisted their clients in leasing 500,000 sq ft of c@nnabis zoned real estate across five states.
