Then we move our fitness segment to CONBODY (the brother of CONBUD) with a functional blend of pilates, yoga + meditation with Certified Pilates + Yoga Instructor KymB. After class it’s time to IGNITE, network + refuel with likeminded individuals. The class is free with purchase at CONBUD. Water + snacks sponsored by TribeTokes. Shop at CONBUD from 6:30-7:15 PM. Class starts at 7:20 PM at CONBODY. Sesh from 8:15-9:00 PM. Must be 21 to attend.
