Will Be Celebrating The Grand Opening Of The First Black Owned Dispensary In Syracuse, NY History Co Founded By The Founders Of The Higher Calling Mike Golden, And Byron Cage, And Founder Of Utica Hemp Co. Joe Sweet. Rally Starts At 12PM With Live Music And Food Trucks In The Lot Neighboring The Higher Company (THC) At 123 E Willow St. Syracuse, NY
