SUMMARY:Cannabis Control Board Meeting
DESCRIPTION:  \nWednesday\, December 21\, 2022 – The New York State Cannabis Control Board will hold a public meeting of\nthe Board at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday\, December 21\, 2022\, at Empire State Plaza\, Meeting Room 6\,\nAlbany\, NY 12242 and via real-time live streaming. Board Member Adam W. Perry will be joining via live\nstream from 181 Ellicott St. Buffalo\, NY 14203\, which is also open to the public for in-person viewing.\n– Open to the Public: This meeting will be open to the public and only those individuals who have preregistered for this event via the link below may attend in person due to limited space at the meeting\nvenue. Pre-registered members of the public will be admitted on a first come\, first served basis.\n– Public Comment: Public comment will be allowed during a designated comment period as part of this\nmeeting. Only those individuals attending in person who have pre-registered will be allowed to\nparticipate in public comment. Participating individuals must limit their remarks to two minutes and\nremarks should be related to specific agenda items. Based on time allotted for public comment\, the\nCannabis Control Board anticipates no more than 10 individuals able to participate in public comment.\nThose individuals will be selected randomly from the list of pre-registered individuals who attend in\nperson. Additional comments may be submitted online using the public comment form below. Online\nsubmissions will be part of the official record of the meeting and be documented in the meeting\nminutes. All online comments must be submitted by 5 p.m. on Tuesday\, December 20th\n.
