DESCRIPTION:NYC LEASE connects provisionally-approved licensees with SBS resources and public information about vacant storefront properties. \n  \nNYC LEASE is a temporary initiative developed to connect NYC-based\, provisionally-approved licensees\, in need of viable commercial real estate to information on NYC vacant storefront properties\, in addition to direct access to SBS’ Commercial Lease Assistance (CLA) services and other resources. \nDon’t miss an opportunity to meet with multiple Cannabis NYC and SBS resource partners and learn more about available real estate in the 5 boroughs! Space is limited. Registration will remain open until capacity is reached. \nNOTE: The main entrance to the building is currently under construction. Please use the Cortlandt Street entrance. You’ll also need a valid state-issued ID to gain entry to the building.This event will be happening on the 11th Floor. \nDue to limited capacity\, each business may register one attendee\, with the option to bring one guest.
