Come and experience a unique blend of yoga\, meditation\, and music that will help you release stress and tension\, and leave you feeling refreshed and energized. You’ll also have the chance to meet new people\, make friends\, and connect with others who share your passion for wellness and self-care. \nStoners these days are doing it all to stay healthy. A lot of us are seeking out the enlightenment of yoga. It’s relaxing and extremely good for your body\, mind\, and soul. Smoking cannabis before yoga has a lot of benefits and the two complement each other in such a way that people are starting to incorporate smoking into their daily yoga routine. Being stoned while doing yoga can help users focus on their movement and breathing and feel more in tune with their bodies. This event is designed for beginners by beginners. We are focused on mindfulness\, movement\, and meditation. Our goal is to create a safe environment for women to feel free of shame and guilt. \nDon’t miss this opportunity to take care of yourself and have fun at the same time. DESCRIPTION:Join me for my one-year celebration event featuring photos highlighting moments in NYC canna history and culture since starting Janescapades \n\n\nCome celebrate on July 22nd the one-year anniversary of Janescapades\, an account dedicated to highlighting and documenting cannabis events in NYC. \nThere will be a silent auction featuring 12 curated photographs of moments in New York City canna culture\, events\, and spaces. Each photograph comes on an 11*14 inch canvas and will be on display throughout the duration of the event. \nLight snacks will be provided and beverages will be available for purchase from our sponsor\, High Garden. They can be enjoyed throughout the barbershop or in the backyard where guests can chill and enjoy some music. \nRaffle tickets will be available for purchase onsite for items and merch from Tribe Tokes\, Work N Roll\, La Fleur Cafe\, and more. \n10% of the profits for this event will go towards NoMAA (Northern Manhattan Arts Alliance)\, “a non-profit arts service organization whose mission is to cultivate\, support and promote the works of artists and arts organizations in northern Manhattan.”
