Scott studied business economics in undergraduate and graduate school and currently resides in Los Angeles with his wife and four children. \nJason Rosell \nJason Rosell is a partner at Pachulski Stang Ziehl & Jones LLP and represents debtors and creditors in complex chapter 11 cases. Mr. Rosell is also a recognized thought leader on the intersection of cannabis and insolvency law and leads the firm’s Cannabis Restructuring Group\, which advises cannabis industry companies\, lenders\, and investors in out-of-court restructurings and related merger and acquisition transactions. Mr. Rosell regularly represents ad hoc groups of creditors in connection with cannabis-related restructurings. Mr. Rosell received his B.S. in Computer Information Systems and M.B.A at Arizona State University’s W.P.
