DESCRIPTION:  \nSince the proposed adult-use regulations’ public comment period closed back in mid-February\, New York’s cannabis regulators have been diligently reviewing feedback and updating the regulations. They released the revised adult-use cannabis regulations at the last meeting of the Cannabis Control Board\, which was held on May 11\, 2023. \nWhile the revised regulations will be subject to another 45-day public comment period\, we do not anticipate any major revisions.
